The Role:

At Evisort, our Project Managers are involved in all aspects of implementing the client's solution, including client management, the implementation lifecycle, driving value, and being a trusted client partner. PM's are customer-centric, influencers and tech savvy, and able to directly lead aspects of change management and implementations with some of the most strategic accountsAs an Evisort PM, you'll build out appropriate project implementation plans and timelines for the design and implementation of Evisort's products: AI Contract Analyics and No-Code Workflow for Contracts. The goal, accelerate digital and transformational contract lifecycle management and intelligent analytics, while ensuring smooth implementationsDuring implementation, the PM will work with the Professional Services Implementation Consultants, Engineering, Data Science and Product teams to onboard and align the customer stakeholders to the implementation plan, and incorporate any project plans, milestones, or other key dates from the customer's plan(s) into a combined plan for executionAdditionally, this position works with Account Executive, Transformation Consultants and Customer Success Manager to ensure the business' value, success criteria and process result in high user adoption and usage in the adoption phase, leading to renewals, upsells, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio of accountsWhat You'll Do:

Manage a portfolio of projects at any given time, ensure alignment of internal and external teams, and serve as the point of contact and escalation for the implementation of new customers.Develop and manage the client's implementation plan: milestones, project risks and mitigation strategies and address other line items relevant to successfully delivering an enterprise SaaS product.Follow an agile Kanban-based implementation methodology.Lead aspects of change management and implementations with some of the largest and most strategic accounts.Track high-level business needs and ensure the solution aligns to deliver business benefits.Produce project-level reports covering overall status, milestone tracking, risks/issues, and mitigation plans.Maintain trusted partnerships across a wide array of disciplines and teams.Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution with stakeholders.Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into the core product, marketing, and sales process.Business Skills:

5+ years of experience as an external client-facing Project Manager, managing within multiple project management disciplines (Iterative; Agile; SCRUM/KANBAN)3+ years of experience with modern software and implementation processes, including enterprise SaaS deploymentsLegal, legal operations, contract management, and product development experience a plusPMP/PMI or SCRUM certification is a plus but not required
