You will be joining a dynamic and highly motivated team with one goal:"Get quality and secure solutions in the customers hands as soon as possible".Who We Need?The Atlassian Consultant works with end users, program leaders, and scrum masters to complete the work required in Jira and Confluence. They will also assist with help ticket requests from Space Force Digital Engineering Environment (DEE) end users. This individual will support Jira board creation, granting access to appropriate team members, Confluence Space pages and dashboards. They will occasionally assist the helpdesk team with account provisioning, coordination of issue resolution, communication with end users on issue resolution status, help desk metrics tracking, and end user community of practice coordination. The Atlassian Consultant will operate in an unclassified environment via telework, may be required to access classified networks on a U.S. military base, and will be responsible for responding to email, phone and website submitted requests and will attend & contribute to the daily standup.What You'll DoReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.Train users on the use of Jira/ConfluenceSetup boards and spaces in Jira/Confluence for new programsDevelop video and confluence content for common workflows with Jira/ConfluenceAssist in ad hoc questions from programs for Jira/ConfluenceBe the liaison for the Jira/Confluence vendorHelp train new employees in the use of Jira/ConfluenceOther Duties as assignedReceive / Document trouble ticketsAnalyze trouble tickets and assign as appropriateTrack trouble tickets to resolutionDocument and communicate trouble ticket resolutionSupport end user account provisioning and decommissioningSupport periodic end user familiarization for general environment access and navigationTrack and report on help ticket metrics

Your QualificationsRequiredExperience using the Atlassian Collaboration ToolsetExperience using Jira boards and Confluence SpacesAbility to clearly document issuesStrong spoken and written English skillsAbility to collaborate with teammates and seek innovative solutionsAbility to present training to groups via teleconferenceExperience delivering presentations to clientsUS CitizenMust be able to obtain CompTIA Security + Certification within 90 days of hireMust have or be able to obtain a Top Secret DoD Clearance
