Bright Flag Recruiting has partnered with a local company and have immediate openings for delivery drivers. Our delivery drivers will be operating by delivering to local residents and businesses in the DeFuniak Springs, FL area! We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team! $500 Sign On Bonus after 90 Days!
Pay: Starting at $160/per day

Clean Motor Vehicle RecordApplicants must be 21 years of age or older6 months - 1 Year (minimum) of Driving Experience for a jobMust be able to pass a Drug Test (includes test for cannabis, Delta 8, certain CBDs, etc.)Must be able to pass a DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)Background check requiredPhysically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs (with a dolly) and deliver 100-125 packages per dayThis position in NON-CDL, no CDL is required!!Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver
Arrive at terminal on time each day to pick up vehicle and packagesLoading and Unloading packages from truckMaintain 100% service performance - Deliver all the packages every day in a timely mannerDelivering packages to destinationScanning and Logging PackagesSchedule:
Full time is 5 days a week, MUST include Saturday7:00AM - delivery completion around 5:00 PM
Drivers will be operating out of the terminal at 300 Mossy Head Plaza Drive, Defuniak Springs, FL 32433 and will be making deliveries to local residences and businesses. Our drivers will be operating step vans provided by the employer.
Bilingual, Military, and Veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply!
This is Non-CDL - CDL License is NOT required!!! Our FedEx Ground company is looking for people who have been Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, Couriers, Pick Up Drivers, Delivery drivers - and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies that is a plus! We have a Full Time job waiting for you as we are hiring urgently and immediately!!
