We seek a Senior JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Functional and Technical Consultant to provide expert-level support and guidance. This role involves addressing complex technical issues, evaluating and implementing additional E1 modules, optimizing business processes, and effectively managing data migrations and system upgrades.
Hybrid role, Government experience is required
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve complex technical issues that in-house staff cannot address, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Assist in the assessment and integration of additional modules and functionalities within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to enhance system capabilities.
Identify and implement functional capabilities to improve business processes, operational efficiencies, and data accuracy, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
Perform necessary data restructuring to support data migrations and system upgrades, adapting to new or modified database table structures.
Re-deploy and validate functionality and customizations after system upgrades, ensuring that business units (e.g., Property Management, Real Estate) receive necessary updates for revenue projections, CPI increases, and expense reporting.
Create and enhance user documentation and training materials in response to system updates, ensuring that users are informed and capable of effectively utilizing new features.
Basic Qualification
7+ years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, including functional and technical support.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Experience in evaluating and implementing E1 modules and functionalities.
Strong skills in data restructuring, system upgrades, and customization deployment.
Proficiency in creating user documentation and training materials.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
