This business architecture group supports Adobe's Global Marketing Organization from w/in IT. We provide architectural leadership to deliver key business transformations enabled by the global marketing ecosystem. The team is comprised of technology-savvy individuals who have experience with MarTech and know its value in enabling strategic visions.We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Architect to join the team. Primary responsibilities will be to collaborate on the foundational creation of our marketing business architecture artifacts. Working closely with the business and product management organizations to define business capabilities and aligning solution design to the business strategy. You will make a significant impact for our internal business customers by guiding teams to the latest modern digital marketing experiences.What you'll Do

The Business Architect interacts with the internal marketing organization and delivery teams to ensure well-designed, efficiently architected solutions. You will identify and prioritize marketing platform innovation opportunities and ensure best-in-class operations. You will encourage business and technical teams to improve and simplify existing processes and drive designs toward a self-service platform approach wherever possible.Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Cloud Technology to uncover internal customer goals, needs, and challenges.Lead discussions and design sessions on architecting a corporate marketing landscape that is reliable, scalable, and performant.Drive the adoption and evolution of Adobe DX products by maintaining a close dialogue with product managementCollaborate with Product Managers to define a Capability model in business terms, and create/update value streams for active initiativesWhat you need to succeed

Thorough functional knowledge of corporate MarTech landscapes10+ years of demonstrated experience as a business architect or solution architect with an emphasis on corporate marketing at a large organization5+ years of enterprise experience on Adobe Marketing platforms with a deep functional and technical understanding of building enterprise grade real time and/or batch interfaces, working with the latest integration and data replication technologies.Passion for quality and engineering excellence at scale, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and meet timelinesStrong presentation and leadership skills with ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems in business termsStrong mentoring skills, ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levelsExperience working with geographically distributed Agile Scrum teams is a mustBA/BS Degree in Computer Science or Business Architecture CertificateOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $111,000 -- $239,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
