Job Title: QNXT Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a QNXT Specialist with extensive experience in healthcare payer operations, particularly in the areas of Enrollment, Claims, and Billing. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the QNXT data model and its applications within healthcare payer systems. The role requires strong skills in requirement elicitation, communication, and healthcare solutioning.
Key Responsibilities:Utilize strong payer domain knowledge to contribute effectively in areas of Enrollment, Claims, and Billing processes.Demonstrate expertise in the QNXT data model, understanding its structure, functionalities, and integration points within healthcare IT ecosystems.Lead or participate in requirement elicitation and gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into technical specifications.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement QNXT-based solutions that align with business objectives.Provide guidance and support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to QNXT configurations and functionalities.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare payer systems and QNXT platform advancements.Requirements:
Proven experience (8-12 years) working with QNXT platform in healthcare payer environments.Strong understanding of Enrollment, Claims, and Billing processes within healthcare payer organizations.Expertise in QNXT data model, configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.Demonstrated experience in requirement elicitation, gathering, and documentation.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions in QNXT implementations.Healthcare solutioning knowledge and experience in designing and deploying IT solutions within the healthcare domain.
