Salary Range: $170K-$180K/Annum
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails web development and a strong understanding of SQL, particularly with Postgres.This role requires the ability to understand complex Rails controllers and develop features that include nested attributes of Rails models.Proficiency in utilizing Bootstrap JS and the ActiveJob framework is also necessary.Responsibilities:
Develop new capabilities in an existing Ruby on Rails web application.Write consistent, well-thought-out unit and system tests for all new features.Enhance existing CRUD operations of the current evaluation data model and framework.Deliver simple, consistent solutions that align with existing CSS and JS conventions on the platform.Enhance the web UI with new interfaces that facilitate intuitive data collection for a diverse audience.Write performant solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction.Qualifications:
5+ years of proficiency in Ruby on Rails web development.Strong SQL skills with particular familiarity with Postgres.Ability to understand complex Rails controllers.Experience developing features with nested attributes of Rails models.Proficient in utilizing Bootstrap JS.Familiarity with ActiveJob frameworks for offloading tasks.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teams.BS/BA or equivalent degree in computer science or a similar field (preferred).Benefits:
