This is a remote, work from home opportunity and you may be based outside of the greater Chicagoland area.The
Salesforce Data Cloud Administrator
will be responsible for overseeing our Data Cloud platform, ensuring its seamless integration and functionality to support ongoing implementation phases, marketing campaigns, and data-driven decision-making. They will serve as the main subject matter expert of marketing audience segmentation, data connections, and data management. This role will report to the Executive Director, Performance Marketing, and have a key role in serving as the liaison between multiple internal and external stakeholders (marketing, agency, Epic analysts, and IT). This role will need to have experience in Customer Data Platforms, complex segmentation, and data management/integrations.Essential Job FunctionsLead audience activation management, processes, evolution, and oversee data taxonomy creation, set up and measurementOwn ongoing data modeling & schema design to unify customer data from multiple sourcesCollaborate with Epic analysts and Salesforce implementation partners to complete data discovery in support of ongoing segmentationCollaborate with media partners to configure, test, and validate destinations (social, display, rich media, targeting platforms) to send segments for audience activationInfluence internal teams and take a leadership role to ensure that key audience segmentations are used appropriately and regularlyBe the subject matter expert in audience data management and insights - build a learning agenda to evangelize audience management best practices and educate marketersQualifications8+ years of experience in a combination of data management, data querying, marketing, digital marketing, digital platforms, or mediaSeasoned experience with Data Management Platforms, Customer Data Platforms, and Programmatic PlatformsProficiency in Salesforce Object Query Language and standard SQL to query, manage, and extract data from databasesAbility to build and manage data models and schemas to unify customer data from various sourcesSalesforce Data Cloud certificationsStrong familiarity with digital advertising ecosystemsStrong familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data CloudStrong familiarity with Adobe Customer Journey AnalyticsPosition DetailsJob Type/FTE: Full Time (1.0 FTE)Shift: DayJob Location: RemoteUnit/Department: Marketing Hyde ParkCBA Code: Non-UnionMust comply with UCMCs COVID-19 Vaccination requirement as a condition of employment.
