Key Responsibilities:
DLP Governance:
Lead and manage various governance activities related to Data Loss Prevention (DLP), including Issue Management, Operational governance, Exception management, and Policy SME support.Cybersecurity Risk Management:
Oversee the aggregation and reporting of cybersecurity risks from various sources like policy violations, stakeholder concerns, and operational exceptions.Risk Posture Enhancement:
Utilize expertise to improve Cybersecurity Risk posture and minimize data loss.Consultation & Analysis:
Consult on complex Information Security Analysis initiatives and analyze multi-faceted security challenges, considering various factors.Solution Implementation:
Contribute to resolving complex security issues, leveraging your understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Collaboration:
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel on security matters.Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Cybersecurity Risk/IT Audit:
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity risk management principles or IT audit experience.DLP Operations:
Experience in operationalizing and managing DLP programs.Regulatory Requirements:
Understanding of relevant data protection regulations such as GDPR, GLBA, and CCPA.Security Controls Framework:
Familiarity with security control frameworks like NIST.Program Management:
Demonstrated program management skills to lead and oversee DLP initiatives.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Information Security Analysis:
5+ years of experience or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
