Job Summary

As a Loan Systems Administrator, you will be a key player in managing and optimizing our bank's loan systems, with a primary focus on the nCino platform. Other supported systems include but are not limited to FIS Horizon, ImageCentre, LaserPro, and Docusign. Your responsibilities will encompass system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, ensure data integrity, and provide exceptional support to internal staff and external clients.

Responsibilities

User Support:Diagnose and resolve end-user problems related to nCino promptly and courteously.Identify opportunities for improved tier-zero support to reduce escalated inquiries.Provide tier-two support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges.Support the day-to-day administration of nCino, including user setup, security, and customization.Configuration and Enhancement:

Workflow Design: Collaborate with business analysts to design and configure nCino workflows that align with lending processes.Customization: Customize nCino objects, fields, and layouts to meet specific business requirements.Integration: Integrate nCino with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow.System Administration:

Develop product designs that ensure proper functioning, adherence to workflows and policies, and compliance with regulations.Manage user roles, licenses, and settings effectively.Enable new features through configuration based on approved designs.Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in nCino and other supported systems.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline loan processes using nCino features.Qualifications

2-year Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in commercial/consumer banking and/or system administration.Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the banking and/or technology industries necessary to perform the functions of the job.Performs assigned duties within the department and focuses primarily on system administration and configuration tasksFirst
