Illuminate USA, a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, is building one of the largest solar panel manufacturing factories in the Western Hemisphere. This 1.1 million-square-foot factory is currently in the advanced stages of preparation in the Columbus, Ohio area. Job Summary:We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Work Order Closure Specialist to join our team at Illuminate USA's new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and monitoring material requests, usage, and losses, and adjusting balances as needed. You will oversee WIP monitoring, perform monthly physical inventory verification, and ensure work orders are properly closed and reported. The ideal candidate will have experience in materials control and/or an inventory control role with effective communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

Verify and monitor work order materials requests and consumption, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.Monitor materials usage and losses, making necessary balance adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy.Oversee WIP (Work-In-Progress) monitoring to ensure efficient production flow.Conduct monthly physical inventory verifications to ensure the accuracy of material accounting.Manage work order closure and prepare accurate reports on completed work orders.Qualifications:

3+ years of manufacturing experience, with 1+ years of experience in materials control.Intermediate computer skills, with a strong understanding of ERP, MES, and WMS systems preferred.Experience in work order closure and materials tracking is highly desirable.An associate's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
