The Opportunity The Technology Integration Manager will play a critical role in creating and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives, driving organizational growth and fostering innovation. You will own the overall strategy of real estate and workplace technology for Enterprise Operations overseeing the planning, implementation, and integration of new systems, applications, and technology solutions. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for staying up to date with the latest in technology offerings, has managed scalable programs, and has built and grown services and programs in previous roles. Responsibilities:
Create and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business objectives, driving organizational growth and innovation.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and integration of new systems, applications, and technology solutions, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with business needs.
Manage technology projects by defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Establish and track system performance metrics to measure the success of our systems, and drive alignment and accountability across regional and functional leaders.
Partner with tech champions within Enterprise Operations to foster innovation, promote a culture of collaboration, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our technology infrastructure.
Stay abreast of industry trends, introduce new technologies, and transition them into the organization in partnership with Netflix technical teams and external vendors as business needs evolve.
Oversee the management and integration of key enterprise systems, including CMMS (Maximo), BMS, Ticketing (Zendesk), and Feedback (Qualtrics), ensuring their effective use and performance.
Create and provide training materials for end users and cross-functional team members to ensure effective utilization of technology solutions.
Develop strong alignment with Netflix tech partners (Information Security, Network Engineering, Data Privacy) to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to information security and data privacy.
Prepare and present regular updates on technology initiatives to senior management and key stakeholders, including an annual QBR to determine the roadmap for system enhancements.
Assess gaps and areas for improvement in existing systems and technologies, recommending enhancements to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
Qualifications:
8+ years in a similar role, managing technology programs and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience designing and implementing technologies (e.g. CMMS, BMS, customer service platforms, etc.) for corporate facilities and studio/production sites globally.
Strong technical background with expertise in systems architecture, infrastructure management, and software development methodologies.
Solid understanding of information security, network architecture, and cloud offerings.
Ability to influence all levels of the organization and drive decisions and implementation with many different voices/opinions.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading large cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $160,000 - $390,000. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
