Job Description:

At least two mainline valid ServiceNow Certifications Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration Candidate should have working knowledge of ServiceNow platform for major modules like TSOM, TSM, ITSM, CMDB and Custom Scoped Applications. Candidate should have experience working in Telecommunication domain and implementation of ServiceNow in Telecommunication domain. Custom applications development Building sustainable CMDB with ServiceNow Discovery or other discovery tools Building Service Catalog with Service Portal and fulfilment automation Integrating ServiceNow with cloud service providers' platforms Configure and customize ServiceNow platform in all of the following modules:

Service Catalog Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Knowledge
