Oracle Database Developer Exempt

Job Description:Enterprise Master Data Technology group is at the forefront of building client Strategic Reference Data Platforms.Current focus on the initiative is to stand up Client, Account, Product, Reference and Security Master.The Masters Technology team is looking for a motivated senior database developer. S/he will be part of the team that builds, maintains, and promotes our Enterprise Master Data platformThe job holder leads the technical design, development and documentation of database solution.Candidate is expected to be operating under the guidance of Tech Manager, however is expected to be self-starter and operate with an ownership mentality and interface with other teams.Candidate must be aware of Agile Software Delivery Practice.Qualifications:

Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, with strong fundamentals and problem solving skills8+ years of experience in architecture, design, analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of highly scalable relational database services and componentsIn-Depth knowledge of database concepts with hands-on experience in database programming and design using SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Views, etc. using Oracle 12c or better (5-7 years)Full life-cycle development experience working in data centric applicationsSolid understanding of Dimensional Data ModelingProficient in creating and tuning complex SQL, DB performance tuning involving AWR report, partition, etc.Experience in Creating and Maintaining Database objects like Tables, Indexes, Views, Synonyms, etc.Experience in Change Data Capture (CDC), for example Oracle GoldenGate, is strongly preferredExperience with information security and access control protocolsKnowledge of ETL, experience in related programming, Java, Python, etc.Unix/Linux and Scripting, Bash, Python, etc.Experience using version control and DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, etc.Strong problem resolution skills and Critical thinkingExcellent analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills
