Description
Amazon is looking for a Senior Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven Salesforce management experience to lead day-to-day Salesforce operations and drive process improvement initiatives. This role requires Salesforce administration experience, as well as experience scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, driving execution, and communicating to senior management. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive Salesforce administration and project management experiences, combined with deep analytical capabilities and a keen sense of innovation, to manage day-to-day responsibilities and lead complex projects from conception to completion.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and analyze complex Salesforce business processes, including data management and workflows.
- Perform periodic and ad-hoc testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise with Salesforce applications and configurations.
- Manage stakeholder and internal customer expectations for both technical and operational support.
- Manage and coordinate technical programs across multiple geographies.
- Monitor performance trends and recommend solutions.
- Develop and maintain standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Create and maintain documentation, define best practices, and manage communications.
- Oversee new user requirements, feature requests, and expansion.
- Provide subject matter expertise for Salesforce platform, processes, and solutions.
- Find opportunities to converge redundant efforts under a single-threaded model to improve speed and scale.
- Identify scale blockers and parity gaps across the Hub Delivery program and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve.
- Drive end to end management of assigned business goals.
- Shepherd special projects and initiatives from ideation to documentation to deployment.

The Sr. Program Manager will lead day-to-day Salesforce operations and drive process improvement initiatives.
The Hub Delivery Partner program is part of Amazon's fast growing and always evolving rural and urban delivery program. We partner with customer obsessed small business owners who then deliver to Amazon customers. Our partners raise the bar for the delivery experience, in some of the most complex last mile scenarios!
Basic Qualifications
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration, product, or program management experience.
- 2+ years of technical product or technical program management experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field
- Experience owning end-to-end long-term strategic planning or capacity planning initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- 5+ years of technical product or technical program management experience
- Experience of Six Sigma/Lean analytical techniques

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
