Title: Data Modeler
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: Full Time
Someone who has experience with modern customer (system of record) data modelling. Ideally this experience should be with industry standard data models in a financial services context and cover the main areas of:
Customer Identity - the core identity data elementsCommunication Methods - phone, email, physical addressRelationships - between partiesProducts and Services - their relationship with the banks accounts/services etc.Preferences - consent, regulatory, privacy, language, solicitationDemographics - employment, education, income, segmentationLifecycle Management - e.g. applicant, prospect, customer, historical customer
But the initial focus areas will be around the high level customer data model entities i.e. like an MDM solution might have to deal with e.g. the party entity v's the roles that party plays; with the focus on Customer Identity and Communication Methods since those are the criteria used for match/merge/search. It is important that they have experience building a cloud native database; ideally document based (since we already have people with relational db skills): the challenge isn't just in modelling how the data is persisted in the database; but also how it is represented in the APIs and events.
