Job Type :- Contract

Location :- Plano, Texas (onsite)Building and integrating robust information systems to meet the requirementsAssessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve itResolving technical problems as they ariseInterfacing with customers, account teams and technical practitionersResponsibilities:

Solution Architect responsibilities include assessing business challenges, needs and translating these into outcomes, designed and constructed on the ServiceNow platformWork with the organization's leaders to identify problems and then work with team to address those problems with innovative solutionsEffectively managing key stakeholders both internally and externallyAnalyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives.Engage with the customer's Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with the customer's core applications.Establish and manage technical governanceEnsure the instance health by working with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow best practicesFacilitating workshops or meetings to gather requirements, presenting, and validating solutions and test the interpretation of the client's needsDemonstrating solid insights in designing ServiceNow solutionsDemonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform in CSM and FSMUnderstanding and having experience in driving process optimization, efficiencies and productivity using automation toolsProduce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirementsAct as a mentor to support less experienced colleaguesServes as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.Contribute to the development of opportunities and provide input to grow our businessQualifications:

Preferred

Minimum 15+ of total IT experience in which 8+ years with ServiceNowConsultancy experience will be advantageousStrong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to manage customer and stakeholder expectationsHave the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with othersExperience working in an IT Service Management (ITSM), ITOM and HRSD is requiredServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certificationsMinimum 1 or 2 mainline certifications either on HRSD, CSM, FSM, LSD etc.,Prior experience of working with international teamsStrong interpersonal skills with a collaboration mindset both within and outside the immediate teamPassionate about working in a fast-paced global environmentThis role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
