About the RoleAs a Paid Media Specialist at BuDhagirl, your role is vital to our acquisition strategy across various e-commerce channels (e.g., Facebook ads, Google ads) to maximize revenue performance. You will create and execute paid acquisition campaigns with insightful audience filters, and clear campaign goals, and constantly review these parameters.
You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to expedite audience growth to generate revenue goals.
You'll spearhead the creation and execution of paid acquisition campaigns. Your role will involve leveraging data analysis to draw insights and guide decision-making across all acquisition channels to accelerate our growth.The ideal candidate for this role has a history with direct-to-consumer campaigns and paid media, strong communication and organizational skills, and is current on digital channel trends.

2+ years experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads.Google Analytics and Triple Whale or similar tools experienceExperience with action plans for platform algorithm changes.Ability to analyze and identify opportunities to create acquisition and revenue generating campaigns.Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.Technical experience - utilizing paid advertising, including SEM (Google, Bing, etc.), Paid, Social (Meta, Google ads, etc.), and other paid channels.Effective time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.Strong project management skills.Critical thinker and creative problem solverCompensation$55,000 - $65,000 base
