Job SpecificationsBachelor's degree required, or equivalent relevant business experienceHas 3-5 years of experience designing user interfaces and interaction design for rich interactive web sites and/or applicationsHas a solid understanding of modern web technologies and interaction patterns and experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments, including mobile-first and responsive designDemonstrates exceptional user interface and user experience design skills and an understanding of user-centered design disciplines and principals, as well as an eye for subtle detailHas experience in participating on project teams and ability to clearly and effectively communicate (both verbal and written) design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clientsProven experience designing for multiple devices, such as mobile and tabletPassionate about resolving user pain points through great designAbility to work as part of an Agile team and influence business partners, Product Owner, and development team on the need for strong designDemonstrates expertise with standard UI/UX and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etcOperates with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlinesClearly demonstrates analytical ability and critical thinking skillsPassion for results - bringing forward new methods or tools to help advance the platformAble to work in parallel with US and global teams.Ability to resolve issues and conflicts with team membersBasic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plusBasic understanding or knowledge of Software Testing a plus.
