Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement network security plans, including monitoring, auditing, and intrusion prevention.Manage and maintain the firm's network and communication infrastructure, both on-premise and cloud-based.Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure, including firewall management and automated IaC deployment.Provide user support for both on-site and remote employees.Contribute to the firm's cybersecurity strategy, including business continuity and disaster recovery efforts.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
Has strong expertise in network administration and cybersecurity, with experience in firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems.Proficient in advanced networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VLANs, with a deep understanding of the TCP/IP stack.Skilled in managing AWS cloud infrastructure, including firewall configurations and resource management.An excellent team player with strong technical writing and documentation skills.Able to provide hands-on, on-premise network support and manage enterprise networking systems such as Fortinet, Juniper, and Meraki.
