Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and document network devices (Cisco routers, switches, WiFi access points, Avaya UC endpoints, etc.).
Assist with LAN moves, additions, and changes; maintain records and security measures.
Troubleshoot network issues via phone, office visits, or remote monitoring.
Collaborate with the ITS team and support infrastructure challenges.
Help with data circuit installations and network configurations for new buildings.
Required Experience:
2+ years of experience with Cisco Networking systems, including installation, administration, and troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge of Cisco IOS and related systems.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Motivated self-starter with a passion for learning new technology.
Preferred Experience:
Cisco ISE, DNA Center, SDA, SD-WAN Architecture.
HPE Aruba Mobility Manager and Aruba Airwave Controllers.
Education:
Associate degree in a related field.
2 years of experience with Cisco networks; CCNP or CCIE certification preferred. Advanced education can substitute for some experience.
