We are looking to hire a Data Engineer to join our Technology Team!
Responsibilities:
Build robust and reliable ETL pipelines with best practices and data governance in mind using Python, SQL, Prefect, Databricks, Kafka, and PostgreSQLWork on our Django REST API to serve master data throughout the companyOrganize raw sports data from a variety of sources into a cohesive, centralized data warehouseBuild and improve our real-time streaming data infrastructure and productsOrganize product data in our Databricks LakehouseRequirements:
3+ years of data-oriented software development experienceExperience working with Python and SQL is a mustUnderstanding of data modeling best practicesExperience building spark applications with PySparkKnowledge of U.S. sportsBonus Points For:
Experience working with DatabricksExperience with Django, Flask or Fast APIExperience with Delta LakeExperience with confluent KafkaExperience with Prefect
Compensation will be reflective of the candidate's level of experience and may range from $120,000 to $170,000. This role can be based in the Company's HQ in New York, NY or be fully remote.
