Job Description:Strong knowledge of Apple Mac hardware and softwareExperience with JAMF Pro or other MDM solutionsApple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification and JAMF certificationExperience with AppleCare+ support servicesKnowledge of scripting languages (e.g., AppleScript, Python)
JAMF Pro Administration:Configure and manage JAMF Pro to enforce policies, deploy software, andCreate and deploy configuration profiles, scripts, and packages.Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.Device Management:Deploy, configure, and manage Apple Mac devices.Enroll devices into the Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.Update and patch operating systems and applications.Monitor device inventory and usage.Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Apple Mac hardware, softiProvide remote and on-site support as needed.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of network protocols and security conceptsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
