Digital Technology Services (DTS) Unified Communications (UC) Engineer I
is responsible for analytical tasks and activities associated with the organization's voice communication infrastructure as part of the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) UC Team. The scope of responsibility for this position includes, but is not limited to the configuration, deployment, testing, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of telecommunications network components to provide secure, highly-available services for local and remote locations. Duties also entail quality assurance and testing of transmission mediums and infrastructure components. Performs work primarily under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.This is a hybrid position(50% on-site with travel).
