This position reports to the EVP Global Ecommerce. Must be on-site 4 days/week in NYC. Will work alongside marketing, merchandising, ecommerce, sales, product, IT teams to ensure data is flowing through the system as required, troubleshooting with IT as needed. Work with stakeholders to establish and support data collection, maintenance and syndication. Take lead on development projects, integrations of future brands/classifications, onboarding new partners. Manage and optimize content for products across broad suites of brands and categories Ensure content is accurate and that the information aligns with the appropriate needs of each distribution channel and marketplace. Thorough knowledge of product hierarchies, architecture, attributes, taxonomy and passionate about creating a seamless shopping experience for the customer, site merchandising experiences a plus. Educated on SEO and needs for data rich content to drive and optimize web conversion Review, standardize and identify gaps in product info and processes. Coordinate activities to address issues with stakeholders across the organization to ensure more accurate and complete information comes upstream in timely fashion. Identify and report opportunities to gain efficiencies, automate and improve data quality. Understand data governance and actively engage in continuous process optimization. Create best in class standards as the PIM & DAM data quality and workflow process expert Acquire and maintain product assets across all partner syndication channels Lead cross functional end to end PIM and DAM projects Work with localization efforts on translations Provide reports and templates to assist with ongoing data management Responsible for working with IT lead to define. Hierarchy, attributes, creation, assignment, association and definition of logic for all product and category based attributes and images Lead cross-functional change management to drive rapid and full adoption of the platform Requirements: 5 yrs experience working in Product information management systems such as salsify, Akeneo, Oracle, etc. salsify experience preferred. Advanced understanding of standards and practices around data workflow and content management Extensive knowledge of the product lifecycle, distribution and publishing practices and brand monitoring. Strong Understanding of site taxonomy, attributes, site merchandising standards Experience working in Digital Asset Management Systems. Strong interpersonal skills. strong collaborator. strong written and verbal communication Ability to work in team environment with multiple stakeholders Proven track record of managing cross platform digital projects with large groups of stakeholders and project team members.
