Salesforce Developer

Piper Companies is looking for a

Salesforce Developer

to support an IT services group for a prominent hospitality organization in Washington DC. This contract-to-hire position is on a Hybrid schedule with 2 office visits per week.

The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, test, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities for the Salesforce Developer include:• Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on business needs• Customize and configure Salesforce features for various departments• Gather requirements and provide technical guidance to stakeholders• Develop Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware tools• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications for the Salesforce Developer include:• 4 years of experience in developing Salesforce solutions• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models• Experience with Salesforce configuration (workflows, validation rules, process builder)• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II)

Compensation for the Salesforce Developer include:• Hourly rate: $52.50 - $62.50 Per Hour• Full Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, Sick time, 401K and much more
