Job Description:

• Working closely with teams during design and implementation of SAP functionalities to support different businesses across the customer channels.

• Performing functional and technical analysis of the requirements and propose appropriate design/technical solution and support level of effort, scoping and manage change requests.

• Define scope and gather business requirements. - Coordinate with project PM or Track leads to ensure that resources, budget, and timeline are adequate.

• Ensuring adequate test cycles are defined and driven to support a smooth production deployment and ensure a successful handover to the production support team.

• Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards. Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP RAR, providing guidance and support to project team members and business stakeholders.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP RAR to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the project.

Qualifications: Graduate; post grad

• 3+ years of SAP RAR (revenue accounting and reporting) experience specializing in design, configuration and RAR integration with FI, SD and/or BRIM

• Two full life cycle implementation experience with SAP RAR module including RAR migration experience

• Detail understanding of order-to-cash process, SD/FICO modules integration, BRIM process, IFRS standards, COPA and Revenue Recognition process.

• Experience in solution design and configuration of business processes within RAR, SD and FI/CO

• Has demonstrated project leadership skills by coordinating cross functional teams and focused on delivering detailed designs to align with industry best practices.

• Prior experience in high tech or software industries with good understanding of accounting concepts

• Require strong verbal and written communication skills including business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposals presentation.
