Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making by providing insights and recommendations to improve product quality, optimize processes, and support key performance indicators. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions. You will also leverage data analysis tools, such as Power BI, to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the Global Quality function.

Responsibilties:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to QualityPerform in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to your business function.Communicate complex data findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making and actively seek opportunities to optimize processes and identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with the central data team, operations technology and other members of the Quality function to align data analytics initiatives, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and standardization of data across the organizationWork closely with the central data team to leverage their expertise in data management, data governance, and data architecture to optimize data workflows and ensure data integrityParticipate in data governance activities led by the central data team, including data quality assessments, data documentation, and data security measuresAct as a liaison between the business function and the central data team, facilitating communication, knowledge sharing, and best practices in data analytics and data managementStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence tools relevant to your business functionQualifications

Experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics AnalystStrong proficiency in Power BIAbility to work with large datasets, perform complex data manipulations, and derive meaningful insightsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendationsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teamsContinuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in data analytics and business intelligenceStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, enthusiastic approach to design and deliveryPreferred:
Experience working with Quality-related data and visualsExpertise in SQL and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or RFamiliarity with data engineering, data science, machine learning and artificial intelligenceSolid understanding of relevant concepts and metrics related to Quality
