We're seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help lead our software development efforts and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products. This is a technical leadership role where you'll be deeply involved in both high-level architecture decisions and day-to-day coding.
ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of software systems for our automated material handling solutionsArchitect and develop high-performance, reliable C++ code for our control systemsCollaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and firmware teams to integrate software with hardware systemsMentor and provide technical leadership to the software engineering teamContribute to the product roadmap and technical strategyEnsure code quality, performance, and reliability through code reviews and best practicesParticipate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenanceWork closely with the project implementation team to ensure smooth deployment of systems at customer sitesRequirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong background in C++Expertise in developing software for embedded systems or industrial automationExperience with real-time control systems and multi-threaded programmingFamiliarity with Linux-based systems and low-level hardware interfacesStrong understanding of software architecture principles and design patternsExperience leading and mentoring software engineering teamsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional teamWhat We Offer
