The
Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer (Sales, CPQ)
will develop business systems solutions/applications to automate business processes and improve work efficiency within the Force.com platform, including all Salesforce and Salesforce.com 3rd party applications. This person will apply extensive knowledge, skills and expertise as a Specialist on the Force.com platform and have extensive knowledge of other disciplines, technology, or resource areas to coordinate or integrate efforts and positively impact long-term strategic goals and influence project/program direction. In addition, this person should also demonstrate expert specialty, project management, presentation, technical, communication and negotiation skill; as well as be accountable for developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges demonstrating ingenuity and resourcefulness.
Responsibilities:Lead the Technical aspect of projects on Sales cloud, CPQ and other platform initiativesDevelop and maintain our Salesforce platform and integrate it with other systems as requiredWork collaboratively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsCollaborate with a team of developersEnsure the best possible quality of the applicationEstablish and enforce development standards, methodologies, and toolsIdentify and mitigate development risks and issuesDesign and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform as requiredAbility to manage Salesforce platform production deployments working in an agile methodology environmentParticipate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and daily standupsDevelop and maintain robust REST APIs using Apex to expose Salesforce data and functionalityWork closely with the data team to optimize data models and improve query performanceWrite test classes for the class that you develop and ensure more than 80% code coverageTest bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to productionMaintain and uphold our platform design standardsBasic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Software Development5+ years of experience with Salesforce development2+ years Development in Salesforce CPQData Cloud and Marketing Cloud experienceTechnical Lead experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Understanding of CRM principles and the Salesforce ecosystem, including its various modules like Sales Cloud and CPQExperience with Screen Flows, Record Trigger Flows, Scheduled Flows, Sub Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and integration toolsExperience with software development methodologies such as Agile/ScrumExperience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirementsHands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reportsApex Code to Lightning Flow conversionApex Code debuggingSalesforce Admin and Developer certification would be a plusGood problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutionsAbility to communicate with business users on status and progress or to collect feedbackWhat do we offer?
