Job Description :

Design and develop a high-performing app with seamless integration between various systems, devices, and serversCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and translate them into effective, scalable features that enhance app performance and engagementMonitor, analyze, and optimize the app's performance to ensure a supervisor user experienceProvide technical support and troubleshooting for any app-related issues.Document code and processes for future development and support

Job Responsibilities

Proven experience in developing and deploying mobile applications, preferably for municipalities and utilitiesMinimum 10 years' experience developing mobile apps for IOS, Android, and cross-platform mobile app development preferably for municipalities and utility customersExtensive understanding of mobile app development including data management and connectivity protocolsExtensive experience with backend development, RESTful APIs, and server-side technologiesFamiliarity with building user-friendly UI/UX and working with design teamsAbility to work independently and proactively solve complex technical problemsStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersIntermediate - expert level in Microsoft Office Suite, TeamsPreferences:

Public utility and government sector experienceKnowledge of agile development methodologies
