WHAT WE DO:We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.
DTI is responding to an RFP for Information Technology ("IT") Staff Augmentation and IT Services for Fairfax County, Virginia. 1.2. Fairfax County Government ("FCG") and Fairfax County Public Schools ("FCPS").
** This is a 5yr contract scheduled to be awarded June of 2025**

DescriptionConfigure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers and switches); Assist in network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations; Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues; Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure; Assist in the implementation of security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team; Liaise with other IT personnel for problem resolution; Proven hands-on network experience; CCNA or higher; Familiar with networking fundamentals such as 802.11, VLan and VRFs; Good understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model; Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
Experience with some or all the following:
Cisco family of routers and switches (Catalyst)Juniper family of router, switches, firewalls, and MistInfo Blox IPAM, DNS, and DHCPSolarWinds NPM
