1. Nighty Production SanitationClean and sanitize entire production facilityFrequently lift/move equipment, hoses, and chemical containers varying in sizePerform various tasks that deal with sanitation and production equipment2. Quality/Food Safety Responsibilities
Follow all GMP, SOP, HACCP, and SQF rulesProperly wear all company provided PPE3. Safety Responsibilities
Maintain a clean work area free of hazardsFollow all safety policies and proceduresPerform all tasks in a manner that does not pose a direct threat to the health and/or safety of any employeesQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSMust be at least 18 years or olderMinimum one year of manufacturing experience requiredFood manufacturing experience desiredMachine operating experience desiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIESAbility to understand written or spoken English instructionsAbility to speak and write in EnglishAbility to work with pork, dairy, soy, wheat, egg, shellfish, nut products, and fishAbility to work individually and as a member of a teamAbility to take measurements and do basic math calculationsOrganization and time management skills requiredTechnical/mechanical skills required
