Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Policy Center Integration Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Guidewire Policy Center Integration Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions to ensure seamless communication between Guidewire Policy Center and other systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Design and Development:
Design and develop integration solutions for Guidewire Policy Center, ensuring smooth communication with external systems, databases, and third-party applications.Implement and customize integration components based on business requirements.
Guidewire Policy Center Configuration:
Configure and extend Guidewire Policy Center components to support integration requirements.Ensure alignment with best practices and maintain system integrity during configuration activities.
API Development:
Develop and maintain APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to facilitate data exchange between Guidewire Policy Center and external systems.Implement RESTful and/or SOAP-based web services for efficient communication.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other development teams to understand integration requirements and design optimal solutions.Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the successful testing and validation of integration components.
Documentation:
Create technical design documents, specifications, and documentation related to integration processes.Maintain up-to-date documentation for reference and knowledge sharing within the team.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide support for production issues related to Guidewire Policy Center integrations.Investigate and resolve integration-related problems in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Guidewire Policy Center Integration Developer.Proficiency in Java and experience with Gosu programming language.Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and web services.Experience with integration tools and frameworks, such as MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or similar.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Guidewire certification in Policy Center .Familiarity with insurance industry processes and practices.Experience with cloud-based integration platforms.
