Data Analyst Direct Hire - NO C2C Hybrid - Rhode Island Key Responsibilities: Support production processing and troubleshoot ISO reporting issues. Process, balance, and analyze policy and claim data for accuracy and completeness. Identify and resolve data errors, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Perform statistical data reconciliation and address discrepancies. Research and interpret regulatory requirements for expanded reporting services. Collaborate with programming teams to define system changes and support testing. Liaise with Policy & Claim vendors to resolve data issues and lead reporting projects. Train team members on statistical reporting practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Statistical/Data Analysis or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. 3 years of experience in statistical reporting, ideally in the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, data analysis, and tools like Power BI and SQL. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective problem-solving skills.
