Job DescriptionBright Flag has partnered with a home delivery company and hiring drivers in the Hewitt, Tx area! Our delivery drivers will be operating by delivery to local businesses and residents. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team! We are now accepting applications for full-time and part-time delivery drivers!Pay: $130 to $150 per day (after training)Benefits:Weekly paycheckPaid training - $100 per day (5 days)Health Benefits (enroll immediately)Dental & Vision Insurance (enroll immediately)PTO - 1 full week (after 6 months)401K Earned Wage AccessMonthly Bonuses Raise opportunity after 60 daysSchedule: Saturday-Friday, 5 day schedules with 2 days offHours: 7:30 am to delivery completion (80-150 stops)

Arrive at the terminal on time to pick up vehicle and packages Conduct pre/post trip vehicle inspectionsOperate delivery vehicles safely, securely, and competentlyHandle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weights without damage to the packages, vehicle, or yourselfEffectively use GPS to arrive at your destinations accuratelyScanning and logging packagesRequirements:
Drivers must be 21 years of age or olderDrivers must have a valid driver's license and cleanMotor Vehicle Report Drivers must be willing to submit to a background checkDrivers must be able to physically manage packages up to 100 lbsDrivers must be able to work in all weather conditionsDrivers must be able to pass a drug test and DOT physical exam (PAID BY EMPLOYER) No CDL required!Company vehicle provided!Candidates with previous experience are a good fit for this position! Military veterans are welcome!
