Material Handler

Our client in the heavy industrial sector is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the inventory management team supporting the manufacturing and assembly departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Job Title: Material HandlerLocation: Pleasanton, CAPay Range: $21 per hourWhat's the Job? Physically and systematically move materials Generate work orders from an ERP system Perform work order receipts in ERP system Perform cycle counting as required Maintain a neat and safe work environment Assist in the coordination and flow of product through manufacturing and assembly when needed Work in a cross-functional team environment Handle chemicals with proper training provided in some areas Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors Perform other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assignedWhat's Needed?
