Oversee all aspects of the program, including budget, schedule, scope, risk, and resources.Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan aligned with business goals.Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.Manage dependencies between different workstreamsIdentify, analyze, and mitigate program riskDevelop and implement a change management strategy to ensure user adoption of the new S/4 HANA system.Track program progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP S/4 HANA features and functionality.7+ years of experience in program management, preferably with experience in managing SAP projects. Experience in Mfg. Domain is added advantage.Should have worked in at least 1 S/4 Transformation as a Program ManagerProven experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA concepts, functionalities, and best practices.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.bility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
