The Subscriptions Train under NBE is looking for a
Finance Product Owner . This leader will join us on a journey which endeavors to transform HP businesses into doing business the way the customer sees the future : Flexible, Customized, Connected
and
Individualized . We strive to enable HP to enter new markets within which we have not operated or to create markets that might not even exist yet!
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, can collaborate with a broad group of stakeholders effectively, has an
agile
&
growth mindset
and is able to communicate with a variety of business stakeholders at rapid pace. This candidate must be able to excel at planning and delivery (and should feel
comfortable with constant change )!

This role will help connect the NBE finance team who is working fully
Agile
using the
Scaled Safe
Framework , deploying innovative ways of project management, with the traditional HP project management environment ensuring that we continue solutions that
unlock customer value .
Responsibilities:
NBE: Finance Product Owner in terms of the
Scaled SAFE Agile Framework . This is not a Project Manager role, but a Product Owner and this implies that the incumbent should be able to break down the to-do of stories, prioritize the finance backlog and equip the team to optimize program execution priorities. Additionally, the Product Owner will maintain the technical and conceptual integrity of any feature or component for the team.Understand HP specific S4HANA environment with experience in various different finance functions like controllership, RAR or D&TO Fin Tech. It is critical that this candidate has a solid understanding of a wide range of finance topics as he/she will be challenged with designing systematic solutions that meet compliance whilst unlocking customer value, at a rapid pace.Has a good understanding of
Design Thinking
and
Agile Project Management .Work under deadline driven conditions, within a flexible work environment whilst functioning in an undefined and evolving workspace in a democratized way of working which is fun but challenging.Autonomous worker who thinks creatively, makes strategic inferences, innovate and can drive solutions E2E.A person that is flexible,
able to change constantly
and open to continuous learning.High competency in S4 E2E flows and
HP Architecture
from Simplify.High competency in HP Business Models, HP Systems and a good understanding of HP Trading Structures.Support Executive and Stakeholders communication.Profile Requirements
University degree with focus in Accounting, Audit, Finance systems, Economics and/ TaxQualified Chartered Accountant, CPA, MBA or equivalentTypically 10 + years of experience in Finance FunctionFinance technology experienceKnowledge and skills
Superior understanding of
Accounting Principles/GAAP
and Financial AnalysisExcellent knowledge of
HP systems landscape and S4 HANAExcellent knowledge of financial and corporate compliance and reporting requirementsStrong understanding of HP's systems, processes, policies and proceduresExcellent communication and presentations skills that caters to a variety of audiencesExcellent
listening, consulting, influencing
and negotiation skillsFluency in EnglishExcellent project management skills for running large and complex projectsExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritizeAbility to generate ideas, think out of the box, deploy creativity and bring about implementationThe base pay range for this role is $118,050 to $181,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
