Description:Mimecast is looking to hire a Sr. Business Systems Analyst. This position will be part ofour global IT organization focusing on Opportunity to Order Space.As a Senior Business Systems Analyst specializing in Sales Technology, youwill play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technicalsolutions within our organization. Your primary focus will be on analyzing, designing,and implementing systems and processes that support sales and GTM functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements,identify opportunities for improvement, and leverage technology to drive efficiency,effectiveness, and growth in Sales, New Product Introduction (NPI) and Quote to Order business areas.What You'll Do:* Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners and Product Owners to document current processes across the spectrum of systems and solutions.* Take and translate business requirements and turn them into deliverables to thedevelopment team.* Map & break down high level business problems into specific questions whichcan be answered through analysis.* Collaborate with Enterprise Architect to design future business process based on the business requirements* Partner with global internal teams and departments across the business.What You'll Bring:* Strong understanding of sales processes, Opportunity to Order and relatedtechnologies (e.g., CRM, ERP, CPQ, NPI, Partner Portal).* Be knowledgeable about industry best practices in Sales and GTM.* Experience with Salesforce CRM is a must have, working knowledge of other related applications highly preferred.* Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques.* An ability to run discovery sessions with business stakeholders to analyzerequirements for project work and change requests.* A knack for authoring key documents, including business requirements,business process flows, use cases, training guides and various otherdocuments.* Understanding of how to leverage systems and other tools (Excel, etc...) toeffectively analyze data to document and support business cases forchanges or to identify opportunities for improvement.* Assistance with investigations and analysis of complex support escalations.* Running refinement sessions with architecture to build out tickets to the pointof 'ready for development.* Experience drafting documents acceptance criteria and test scenarios forrequested work.* Working with stakeholders in the business to ensure that user stories areclearly defined, refined, and approved for deployment.* Ownership to implement small BAU system changes (configurations),following standard IT Change/Release management process.* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.* Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on salesTechnology with Salesforce as CRM.DEI StatementCybersecurity is a community effort.
