Technical Project Manager
Austin, TX (Day one on site) - work from office 3 days a week
Salary: $130 K including Variables
Essential Skills:
Agile Project Management, PMP/Agile Certification, Web Development, Communication Skill, Design Thinking
Responsibilities:Own the execution of the project from beginning to end. Should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Work with Product Manager, Business, and individual Multi-vendor contributors to ensure prioritized and groomed project requirements to have sufficient details, and are ready to be worked on without delays, ambiguity or rework.Manage sprint planning and execution by using story points, removing potential blockers and preparing contingency plansManage the scoping of epics and user stories through business requirements analysis, story creation, determining level of efforts, and task creation.Manage project(s) activities including but not limited to planning, communication, scope management, scheduling, status reporting, risk management.Interact with Business and Technology partners to establish priorities, resolve differences, make business trade-offs, and sequence initiatives to achieve long term goalsMake decisions and communicate trade-offs and risks; drive key decisions across projects.Ensure that cross-functional project status is regularly presented well at appropriate governance bodies
Qualifications and Desired Skills:8+ years Project Management experience in developing and delivering web / cocoa applications using Agile methologies.Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to increase collaboration and productivityExceptional analytical, interpersonal, communication and prsentation skillsExperience working with globally distributed sites and teamsHands-on abilities to plan sprints, create design playbacks, troubleshoot issues while keeping projects on track and addressing concerns proactivelyExperience using Apple products and systems preferred
