Job Description

As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in developing and overseeing IT analytical solutions in the sales healthcare compliance area. This role primarily requires expertise in data analytics solutions and technologies. An understanding of Sales Health Care Compliance is a plus. The TPO serves as the liaison between business stakeholders, such as product managers and business analysts, and the architects and development teams, ensuring that the product roadmap aligns with the strategic objectives and gets delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand the long-term vision and strategic objectives for data and analytics initiatives.

2. Large-Scale Project Management: Manage multi-year projects, overseeing the product backlog and ensuring the team is making progress towards long-term milestones and objectives.

3. Data and Analytics Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of data technologies, analytics tools, and methodologies. Leverage this expertise to guide technical decisions and ensure the successful implementation of data-driven solutions.

4. Sales Health Care Compliance (Nice-to-Have): If applicable, leverage experience in Sales Health Care Compliance to ensure that data and analytics solutions meet business requirements.

5. Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog, including user stories, technical tasks, and defects. Continuously groom the backlog to reflect evolving priorities and requirements.

6. Technical Guidance: Collaborate with the development team on technical architecture, data modeling, and solution design, particularly in the context of the Azure data and analytics ecosystem. Knowlege of Salesforce or SAP Concur would be beneficial.

7. Hybrid Work Arrangement: Embrace a hybrid work model, with a minimum of 2 to 3 days per week in our New Jersey office, to facilitate in-person collaboration and communication.

8. Release Planning: Participate in release planning activities, coordinating with the development team to ensure that planned features and enhancements are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, data science).

2. Extensive experience in technical product management, particularly on large-scale, multi-year projects.

3. Strong background in data and analytics, with a preference for experience in Sales Health Care Compliance.

4. Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

5. Technical knowledge of Azure data analytics ecosystem desired. Knowledge of Salesforce and Concur a plus.
