Role Summary:
URBN is seeking a Senior Digital Experience Analyst to join the Advanced Analytics team at URBN Technology. URBNs approach to the Customers experience online is constantly evolving, employing Customer first and data centric strategies alongside innovation and best in class technology. Our Advanced Analytics team is a center of excellence for analytical exploration, and the Senior Analyst, Digital Experience role will contribute to evolving the best practices we leverage across all brands. The role will focus on driving business growth by designing and executing quantitative analyses on the Customers experience across multiple Digital touchpoints. The right candidate will have a knack for identifying opportunities hidden within the data and leveraging those insights to tell stories and make actionable recommendations. Analytical areas of focus may include, but are not limited to, Customer acquisition and retention, audience behavior, Marketing effectiveness, Personalization, and eCommerce optimization.Role Responsibilities:Design and conduct quantitative analysis of Customer behavior across multiple touchpoints online to uncover patterns in the data and translate into business opportunities.Produce new insights and inform the development of Customer journeys, Digital product enhancements, Marketing and Audience segmentation insights, and new KPIs.Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including Brands, Product and UX, Personalization, and Marketing teams, on the development and implementation of measurement plans and methodologies.Ensure measurement plans are executed flawlessly; manage and/or support QA in order to identify early anomalies in the data quickly and reset as needed.Create, monitor, and maintain dashboards and reporting to track performance trends against KPIs.Manage and perform ad-hoc analytical requests.Clearly and concisely communicate analytical insight through multiple communication streams and presentations.Role Qualifications:
Possess strong analytical capabilities, logical thought processes, and great curiosity to uncover opportunities and solve problems3-5 years experience with using large scales of data related to Digital sales metrics and Customer behavior, including for Web, App, audience segmentation, and Marketing channels3-5 years experience with Analytics platforms for eCommerce, including Google AnalyticsAdditional proven experience with tools for data visualizations, such as Qlik, Looker Studio, or TableauA minimum of 2-3 years utilizing SQL to execute complex queries in a database environment; BigQuery experience also preferred.Proven experience with Customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and journey mappingProficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite applicationsExperience with data scripting languages (Python, R) and with AI tools are a plusExcellent presentation and writing skills, including an unparalleled attention to detailAbility to self start and manage a backlog of competing priorities in a fast paced innovative organizationDegree or relevant work experience in relevant Analytical fieldsThe Perks:URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
