Description

We are looking to add a

Sales Manager

who will be responsible for revenue production for the hotel, and meeting or exceeding planned revenue objectives for occupancy and average daily rate. You will manage all areas of sales according to Island Hospitality Management and Brand Standards to achieve a professional rapport within the local business community.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Job Requirements:

Involved in community and/or government affairs to ensure effective marketing of the hotelDemonstrate commitment to guest service by responding to guest needsDevelop and implement marketing and sales plans based on demand segments and to maximize REVPAR and Market ShareUnderstand why competitors are successful in each demand segment and directly market/sell against the competitionKnow key accounts and actively "sells" through sales calls, property tours, strategic marketing, etc.Prepare required reports for the management teamMaintain vendor and client information where necessaryCollaborate with Front Office Team to ensure the details of the group and special corporate directives are executive properly and you are striving to achieve the same goalsJob Qualifications:
