About the Team
This IT team of five members supports 500 employees across six offices in two countries. Their responsibilities are AV support, system maintenance, help desk support, and No-Touch Deployment Onboarding. They are pivotal in maintaining seamless connectivity, data security, and technology-driven business processes. Adapting to evolving IT needs, they align technology resources with the company's growth and global presence. Their proactive support ensures efficient operations across all six office locations.
About the PositionReports to: IT DirectorLocation: Menlo Park, CA
As a Corp IT Helpdesk Technician II, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's IT infrastructure and providing exceptional customer service to our employees including key Cardlytics executives (CFO, CRO, CTO, etc.). This role involves a diverse set of responsibilities, including managing Windows and macOS systems, supporting end users and ensuring the smooth operation of our conference Zooms and supporting equipment. You will also participate in an on-call rotation to address critical IT issues outside of regular business hours. Additionally, the position requires on-site presence 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer support by responding to help desk tickets and providing timely solutions.Manage and support Mac and Windows systems.Provide expert support for av equipment, including Neat, Poly, BiAmp and Q-SYS systems.Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent IT issues and minimize downtime.Minimum Qualifications:
1-2 years experience performing end-user support by serving as a point of contact for employees' technical issues and responding to help desk tickets promptly, diagnosing problems, and providing effective solutions.1-2 years experience configuring and supporting conference rooms TV, speakers, controllers and other AV equipment.Some experience troubleshooting network infrastructure, including cabling, switches, and Wi-Fi.A customer focused mindset that will work diligently to resolve all issues.Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity documentation and managing a JSM (Jira Service Management) ticket load.Experience providing exception support to executive level leaders and ICs.Familiarity with building access and security systems like Verkada, Meraki and Brivo.1-2 years experience administering and using Active Directory & Okta for enterprise single sign-on (SSO).Experience with system management of a hybrid Mac/Windows environment using Autopilot and touchless deployments.Additional Requirements:

At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors.The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.
The annual US base salary range for this role is:
$80,000 - $97,000, plus bonus potential and new hire equity grant
