Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Event Sales Coordinator for our Service Industry Client based in Atlanta, GA. This restaurant is part of a larger Botanical Gardens. The Sales Coordinator will have a strong catering background, experience with upscale events and the ability to execute multiple catering functions simultaneously.
The job involves attending industry and networking events. Once the Sales Coordinator has prospective clients, they are responsible for conducting tours of the restaurant, menu tastings, and all meetings with the client as well as all details of the event. This position will interact with the Event Operations Team and Culinary Team to create flawless events.
Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients for restaurant functions.
Build and maintain client relationships through various communication methods.
Develop personalized proposals and contracts based on client needs, including floor plans for the team.
Communicate event details effectively to Operations and Culinary teams, including last-minute updates.
Attend events to greet clients and ensure smooth execution until food presentation.
Oversee billing procedures and ensure proper event closure.
Participate in networking events and market the venue within the community.

Skills and Requirements
Degree or certification in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong prospecting, selling, and negotiating skills.
Excellent client and customer service skills, with multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
Extensive knowledge of catering logistics, fine dining, and banquet management.
Creative vision for high-end event planning/execution skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills for client, guest, and employee relations.
Strong food and beverage background, with the ability to create custom menus. Experience with Delphi Software null
