Full-Time Direct Hire Opportunity with our Direct Client.
Hybrid Position (Onsite ~3 days each week in Milwaukee).
The ideal Target Salary is between $70,000 - $90,000 but there is some flexibility depending upon the candidate's skills, experience, etc.

We are seeking a talented Front-End Software Engineer who is passionate about building intuitive and responsive web applications.
Position Overview:
As a Front-End Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end components of our client’s web applications. You'll work closely with their creative and development teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly interfaces. If you have a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, Vue.js or React.js, and experience with Node.js/PHP, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform design mockups into interactive web experiences.
Work alongside back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic using Node.js.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in Vue.js or React.js.
Experience with Node.js/PHP and working knowledge of RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to interact with business stakeholders and end-customers
2-5 years of Professional Software Development experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with modern build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, NPM, Yarn).
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
