In collaboration with the Registered Nurse Leaders, the LPN will complete thorough patient documentation, administer medication according to professional and regulatory standards, and assist patients with tasks related to treatment as needed. The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for notifying a Registered Nurse when any changes in patient behavior or condition occurs. The ideal candidate has acute care experience and is adaptable, open to learning new skills, and ready to contribute to the team wherever needed.
