This 75+ bed nonprofit acute care facility offers comprehensive medical services including Emergency Services, Labor and Delivery, and Surgical Services. Reporting to the Laboratory Director, the Hospital Laboratory Manager will oversee administrative and clinical operations for this active department accredited by the Joint Commission. This active department uses the latest technology to perform Microbiology, Hematology, Chemistry, and Pathology testing. The Laboratory Manager will lead a dedicated team of 25 Technicians and Phlebotomists. The Hospital Laboratory Manager is responsible for ensuring regulatory guidelines are being met, overseeing staff performance, and streamlining departmental operations and spending.
