: 13 weeksVariable scheduling. Holidays and weekends requiredRequirements:At least 2 years of experience as an echo sonographerAt least 1 year of Peds/Congenital Echo experienceMust have proof of either RDCS through ARDMS or RCS through CCI certs at time of submissionBLSOther Details:
Knowledge of complex congenital anomalies to discuss with reading physician on current findingsResponsible for providing high quality, accurate, non-invasive pediatric congenital TTE examinationsInpatient and Outpatient scanningAbility to push ultrasound cart between all three towersEnter preliminary reports following scan for physician review with patient in clinicProper documentation of prior surgical corrections of the cardiac structures in preliminary reportsScanning of Ped Echocardiograms in the setting of complex congenital anomaliesAble to scan 7-8 TTE in an 8-hour shiftProof of Flu vaccine or medical exemption. Influenza vaccination is mandatory all candidates are required to provide proof with credentials prior to start date. The only exemption accepted will be a doctor’s note stating a reaction to the vaccine50 Mile Radius Rule.
